Nice stats on an offhand, but for raw +healing I'd suggest the AV exalted offhand, Sartura's Might, or Noth's Frigid Heart if your raid. In pvp, pair this up with the hammer, and you're good to go. The stave is also nice for the 41 stamina.

As of patch 2.0.1, this item now costs 22,500 Honor Points and 40 Arathi Basin Marks of Honor. And no longer requires Grand Marshal.

Confirmed this is now 15,300 honor and you need 40 AB marks as of 2.1.0
