Solod on my 85 Arcane Mage. Just keep your mana shield up and pop all CDs before you engage the squirrel. It took me 6 tries but I finally downed it.

I do not know if it is because I play a dwarf or general attitude towards squirrels.

Every time I crosses one, I save some time and simple kill it. Sometimes I get artistic and taunts it, other times damn cruel. The end result is a bloody corpse everytime.

I could spend hours to kill these guys in loch modan, now I stalks SW GY for them.

If you see a squirrel, kill it fast. Otherwise you will wake up and see two small eyes starring down at you and be the last thing you see.

I can confirm the Dalaran squirrel is still soloable by a blood DK, even with Cata scaling. You can glitch the fight by jumping off the platform and making him evade for a few seconds, giving you time to self heal. That might be a bannable offense, so be careful.

If you get too close to the fountain he'll reset, or if you evade him too long. I just downed him on my third attempt in under an hour because of resets and not using my defensive cooldowns during https://vanillawowdb.com/?spell=34954"">(Spell #34954) phases. Interrupt https://vanillawowdb.com/?spell=39046"">(Spell #39046) and just try to heal through https://vanillawowdb.com/?spell=5137"">(Spell #5137) if you don't have a pocket healer for dispels. Just for insurance I had a warlock grant me their soulstone before the encounter, so I sorta cheated but it's still a solo kill.
