He does a brief scripted event that the player cannot interact with. It appeared to trigger when I entered the building.

****SPOILERS****

First he takes his pet dog Fang (black Worg Pup model when I saw it) to the small lake outside the hut. Here he tries to catch a fish but fails, blaming the bait. Then he walks to the wagon next to the hut, pulls out some quillboar scraps (""Fish love Quillboar!"") and returns to the lake. Here he catches a fish and takes it to the guards in the nearby watchtower. They say he brings honour to the Horde and all that then he walks back to the hut.

Erk hangs in a room with 2 guards who are chatting and one who is sleeping under a hammock... He has a cool pet, a black worg named Fang as well. He is equipped with a fishing pole which he puts to good use...dialogue as follows:

""Hmmm.... Where is my fishing hook? Oh, there it is.""
<Walks to the pond>
""Let's see if the fish are biting.""
""Hmmm... I think I need better bait. I'll check my father's wagon.""
<walks over to a wagon>
""Quillboar scraps! These should do the trick. Fish love quillboar.""
<walks back to the pond>
""Let's give this a try...""
""Caught one! I'll see if any of the guards are hungry. Come on Fang!""
<runs to the nearby tower>
""I caught a fish if you are hungry...""
