These medics will cast the cleanse spell on you, provided you are at least honored with the Argent Dawn, and have a disease such as Ghoul Rot (inflicted by Diseased Flayers) or Carrion Rot (I forget its actual name; inflicted by Carrion Grubs).

I always wondered what it must be like to have most of your reps to be at hated. So, using an old paladin I had from when back when, I decided to try it out. While killing this NPC, I found this out....
