Kel'Thuzad gets sad if you kill him. Beware.

It's believed he is named after Doctor Evil's cat from the Austin Powers movies.

Also, contrary to popular belief, killing him has no effect on the mobs in the instance (ie, making them harder).

When Naxxramas was first released, it was believed that killing Mr. Bigglesworth had certain effects on the dungeon, such as increasing the drop rate of epic items from trash mobs, modifying boss difficulty, etc. This is false; killing Mr. Bigglesworth has no effect other than making Kel'Thuzad yell at you.

Its been hinted that the cat is Kel'thuzad's last link to his former life as a mage of the Kirin Tor (notice he is not undead) and that's why he keeps him.

you'll get to keep him for the 3 minutes, and then when the debuff wears off, you zone out, or you die, thus losing him as a pet, Kel'Thuzad will do his yell.

Mr Bigglesworth doesn't like to be teased, but Mr. Bigglesworth does stupid things when he's angry.

A fun little story:

When our guild goes to Naxxramas, we always leave this cat alive, since we thought it would bring luck. But I had a bad day, so I thought, screw this, and I killed the cat.
Our raid went totally crazy and my guildies spammed the general:
""Deathofbelow killed Mr. Bigglesworth!"" and linked recount to show it.
So people in general started spamming, and suddenly....a Gamemaster replied:
""Who killed the cat?""
The moral of this story? GM's are watching YOU!

In the end, we had some good laughs, and the first mob we downed dropped an epic. So, from now on, we always kill Mr. Bigglesworth ^^.

In fact, if you keep it alive until the Kel'thuzad fight and then use the bites, it should be possible to make him kill his own cat.

Taunted this cat for fun to have him have a few swipes at me. I did not expect his vicious ROAR.

Taunt/Polymorph him and let him attack you for a few times. You'll see what I mean.

Criteria

• Mr. Bigglesworth slain

When you slay Kel'thuzad and Bigglesworth isn't dead, Bigglesworth is gonna stun the whole raid group and resurrect Kel'thuzad. Reference to _________ (million dollar question).

Mr. Bigglesworth is technically a trash mob tied to Kel'Thuzad. You can kill him all you like, but he'll keep respawning every 20 minutes or so as long as KT is still alive.

And on another note... it's not really cruelty if the thing tries to kill YOU first... the cute lil kitty doesn't do anything to anyone but that freakin spider... she'll sink her fangs into you and throw you into the wall and spin you in a cocoon to eat you after she finishes your tanks!

I know of a guild which does a -250 DKP penalty for killing the cat because it is a ""maturity test"".

Saw nothing on this, but there is a space just for him if you look with the Naxxramis bosses it tells you how many times you have killed him. A good way to see who is truly evil in your raid group.

This should also trigger hard mode, healing up Kel'thuzad back to 100%, increasing Kel'thuzad damage by 100%, make him MC three people at same time and spawning abominations for whole battle. When he kill the biggle, u would get out of combat for like 5-10 seconds and he would yell: No! what have i done... (emotion): Kel'thuzad cries. Kel'thuzad yells: Its all your fault! Now you shall die! When u kill him he would yell: Biggly, forgive me... (emotion): Kel'thuzad takes his last breath.

And killing Maexxna isn't?<div class=""quote"">Those people are members of D.E.H.T.A, of course they're hypocrites :]For those who confused spiders with insects and wonder wtf D.E.T.H.A has to do with them( like me),after a little search i've found that spiders aren't catalogued as insects. They belong to the invertebrates ""meta-group"", Arthropoda sub-group, in the Arachnida class.

So basically spiders(even Undead ones :D) are like this : Animals-&gt;Invertebrates-&gt;Arthropods-&gt;Arachnids.

Even though they can be called animals, you probably won't see anyone with a""Save the spiders"" sign in the middle of the street. :D
