Its one of Tyler and Edward's target dummies. First wave is 3humans (lvl5) Second wave is a ghoul and a zombie. Then the last wave us this big boy abomination.

The funny thing is, Tyler and Edward sometimes don't get to kill this guy.

I'm not sure if it's since the new patch,. but Dark Ranger Clea patrols the bridge nearby, and when she goes onto that bridge, she usually aggro's and kills the Abomination.
