The Burning Servant will, in turn periodically summon 3 https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=7266"">(NPC #7266) fire elementals, which it can do repeatedly. During my screenshot recording of this fight, it summoned a total of nine of them. They were no threat to a level 70, but I imagine that would have really hurt at level 30.
