It's possible to get close enough to her without aggroing the guards when you're level 80. This is especially useful if you're in Tanaris, do the Gadget rep quest, and head to Booty Bay to do the same. That way you don't have to kite the guards, have them leash, and try to get back to her before they do.

Edit: Patch 3.0.8 increased the level of the nearby bruisers to 77... so there's no sneaking up to her anymore. :(
