Gull is short for gullible and is a term used by con men and swindlers to describe their victims. I believe Gullem is ""Blizzhand"" for ""gull them"" a term conmen use to mean ""cheat them"". Personally, I ALWAYS use Auctioneer Stampi just to be on the safe side ;p
