wtf? I got pwned by 2 of these when I attacked a horde flightmaster. But they are non-elite, how the hell can they withstand my damage? Also they didn't stop chasing me when I ran extremely far away, they just kept chasing, is that normal?

you also get one of these if u aggro a GOBLIN or neutral flight master, one Wyvern or Bat and one Gryphin or Hippagryph

Flight master is easy to kill, their pets is much much harder...

These mobs will chase you until they kill you or deaggro (I.E. Feign Death), so if you dont have FD just fight them.
