Bring the Ring of Zoram to Talen near the Zoram Strand.

Description

I fear the ancient statuette's secrets will remain forever hidden unless you find the key to its ancient lock.

That key is a ring, the Ring of Zoram. It belonged to the rulers of this city before the waves of the Sundering drowned it.

For years the ring was lost, but the naga have recently found it.

Their leader, Ruuzel, dwells on an isle on the northern edge of Zoram. Please, <name>, retrieve the ring for me!

If you get the chance, try to find Lady Vespia as she seems to drop the ring as well. I did this a a lvl 21 Rogue with no trouble at all. Lady V. was on her tod on the main shore by the island at 9, 16. As she was a lvl 22 it was a breeze.

Just soloed as a 21 hunter with a health pot. Freeze trap one, get pet to grab the aggro from other two, and fire away at Ruuzel. When the Freeze trapped one gets out, just immolation trap him and keep killing Ruuzel- When she dies, it's a picnic (Especially with Gift of the Naruu)

This is my first time playing WoW. I'm a 22 shaman.
And I had loads of problems doing this quest. I died several times - like 8.

Then I read some of your replies and mixed them a bit.
What I did =
1) Clear NE part of isle
2) Kill the fighter add
- I used Gift of Naruu, then the reduce dmg totem, then I used lightning bolt, then Earth shock, then I began to fight him and used Earth shock whenever I could, then I healed myself once and casted the slow totem, then ran.
3) Kill the mage add
- I used the reduce dmg totem and casted lightning bolt and used lesser healing once or twice, then ran..
4) Kill ruuzel
- That should be very easy, remember to use lesser healing wawe - it's really cool

Ruuzel is insanely easy to kill as a rogue. Good use of sap and distract can split the group, so you only have to deal with one at a time. Basically, sap one, let the other two path away. Kill the sapped one. Repeat on the other add. Then, finish off with Ruuzel.

Piece of cake.

Lady Vespia does not always drop the ring, but she's still worth killing if you find her ofcourse, since she'll drop a green.

I did this as a level 23 rogue and I was shocked at how simple it was. This is my first rogue and I haven't really mastered her abilities yet so I was a bit nervous to take on three baddies at once. I was prepared to take a potion, an energy tea, sprint, and vanish, but it ended up being much less complicated: I stealthed and used distract hoping to keep all of them where i wanted them, but luckily only Ruuzel stopped and the other two kept going, so I was able to kill her with no interruptions whatsoever. It might be worth it to note I probably got lucky distracting only Ruuzel, and I think Vansivandr's method would work just as well. Good luck to you! :)

soloed as a lvl 21 shadow specced priest, put on your shield and just nuke ruuzel, she dies fast enough, loot and run north to the sea, the adds stop after a few steps in the water...

- Clear one part of the beach so that you have unobstructed access to the sea.
- HoT up, root Ruuzel and pull the fighter. I used starfire.
- Kill the fighter. It's a good idea to use moonfire and rip, so you can run off before his health drops all the way to zero
- Run to the water and escape in aquatic form. Heal back up and return to the island.
- Root Ruuzel again and pull the caster away from her (she'll just stand right next to her, casting, so run away a bit). Kill the caster.
- If necessary, escape to the sea again.
- Kill Ruuzel.

This was a piece of cake as a 23 resto Shaman. I cleared a portion of the beach and placed my Strength of Earth and Healing Stream totems. When Ruuzel came by with her friends I just focused on killing her first. 2 Lightning Bolt, Flame Shock and a Searing Totem brought her down quick. I used a couple of healing spells right before going after the melee mob. The caster seemed to run out of mana pretty quick, she was just standing there by the time I got around to her.

Got her with a Priest ... needed to kamakazi it though.

Kill the melee add near the shore ... psychic scream and run like hell.

Healup, return, and do the same to the target.

Got killed a couple of time doing it ... but persistence pays.

Really not very hard. Simply burning down Ruuzel will probably allow you to win.

It was especially easy as an elemental shaman - I cleared a section of the island and waited for the group to pat around. I laid down a Searing Totem, an Earthbind totem, and a Healing Stream totem. I cast a couple of quick lightning bolts at ruuzel, followed by a frost shock. Kiting these few around my totems while frost shocking and lightning bolting ruuzel proved exceptionally easy.

A few lesser healing wave casts and i was back to full health and able to kill the other two.

I just gotten and finished this quest as a lvl 25 Night Elf Warrior aka Don't believe what it states above here. This quest can still be done and finished.

Level 22 Feral Druid.

I've tried about 9 times to beat Ruuzel, getting rid of all the mobs and then attacking and I still can't do it, whether I'm in cat or bear form or not.

Help?c:
