And don't wait too long. This stout will go bad eventually.

You can choose to either Get the Goblins Drunk or to https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=1120 Get the Gnomes Drunk. If you choose to get the Gnomes drunk, this quest will no longer be available to you.

What do you have to do to get this quest? I havent done either version of this quest, but yet I cant even speak to the NPC let alone get a quest from him. :S
