Its best to be in a PUG (pick up group) or Guild group to do this unless your well above the level req. Yowler is in the middle rear camp and is surrounded by 5-6 mobs. Mystics, Brutes ect... Unless your a Pally or Tank you should grab hold of the ring...It is easy to pull some of the side mobs to lessen the blow...if your doing this at the req level to complete then clear out what you can then attack and loot Yowler first...Good Luck

Did do this Quest solo shaman lvl 24 ? did pull the mobs around. and so it was 2 mobs left. attackd yowler killed him quick took his paw and ran away XD

Pretty simple solo at level 22. Yowler patrols between camps with just 2 adds. Clear a nice, big area along his route (https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=518 https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=518) and attack once he wanders in. Either kill or CC any Mystics with Yowler, as they will heal him.

Solo'd level 21 shaman...just distract his friends with stoneclaw and beat the living hell out of him...heal yourself if needed, loot, run away :)

It's possible to solo, if you're a class that has no CC though, it'll probably be a suicide run. Fight your way into the camp, when you get to Yowler, try to pull the two adds that will wander away from him occaisonally. When there's three in the camp, pull them, burn down the mystic as fast as you can, then try to burn down Yowler as fast as you can and loot before you die.

That's an unfair comparison though.

Rogues have immense solo capacity, and are one of the top three best solo classes in the game, whereas Warriors are easily the worst.

Soloed as a 23 Rogue. Cleared the groups around him, then stealthed in, sapped Yowler, killed the mystic and brute with him, and then killed him. Obviously a little harder for others without any form of CC though.

With 22 hunter is not to hard. Attack Yowler first and loot him, then deal with the mobs.

Only get 1650 exp as of latest patch. Easily solo as a lvl 21 warrior, even after you aggro more than you should.

When I did this quest, Yowler was shown as 'unknown'. I killed him, just to see what the drop would be.

I got a ss, but it's not too great. :P

Where exactly is Yowler?

Ok first u need to be able to get to i'm so go around the mobs unless u can deal with them. when near him go on the empty ledge to heal and drink is needed. wait for pat to leave. kill the 2 mobs that are not his 2 adds. than regenerate health and mana. to kill him is easy all you have to do is:

1)warlock: send void after him when it has aggro suppress the mystic (kill it), than him than his alpha.
this works for hunters as well. MAKE SURE TO LEAVE VOID ON HIM it will be much much easier.

for any thing else go for him first than mystic than alpha have potions and bubbles help.

If you can not kill them in less than a minute or are not sure try to pull them back to the ledge. for a mage just kill them from the ledge to be safe and to get your range. I hope this helps. non of them are elites so if you are 21 and have non-crap armour you should be fine.

This does not require fearing anything or being a twink if u have a few points in shadow bolt or your dots.

very easy solo on 30. Too easy but still rather fun and worth getting the boots (to sell) and the exp

this quest is easy as a pala + 20. go to the camp use consetcration, and nuke down yowler first.

I solod this as a lvl 20 Nelf druid, I prowled in cat form to Yowler and just nuked him, then i used Aquarius Belt (The one of the aqua quest) And shadowmelded if he was dead, then loot him.

I did this quest on a 25 Holy Pally and killed him in like three hits. This was durring Midsummer Fest so I did fire dmg to him when he hit me. Still he is easy to kill. There is only one mistic and take him out first and you are good.
