Description

My brother James went with Lady Proudmoore across the sea. Last I heard, the fighting had settled down over there, and James was setting up an inn somewhere on the continent. Wherever he is, I'm sure he's doing good business. Damn fine cook he was.

I haven't heard from him for a while now--too busy with his inn, I'd wager--but the clerk in Theramore could probably point you to him. Look for him on the top floor of that keep near the middle of the city. What's it called... Foothold Citadel, that's it.

Of course! The Shady Rest Inn incident. If you have any information about what happened there, I would urge you to speak with Captain Vimes about it. He's handling the investigation.

It's not necessary to complete this quest, in order to get to the Shady Rest Inn quest line... I guess this is one of those quests, to tell you about new places to explore.

You can complete this quest even after you've completed the rest of the chain, so they're not strictly connected as a chain.

This quest and it's prequest both count towards Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms.

Its more or less just a zone transfer quest, ment to guide you as to where you should be questing.

I doubt very much that this was intented as a ""leads to theese chains"" kinda quest. Just a matter of zone introduction thingie. ;P
