Call of Fire

Defeat the Minor Manifestation of Fire, and place the Glowing Ember in the brazier atop the Shrine of Eternal Flame.

Description

The fire sapta is finished. The time has come for you to face the flame. Use the sapta at the shrine and head to the top of the mountain to face the manifestation there. He will not attack until you are ready, but he will realize you are able to see him.

Strike him down swiftly, <name>, for he shall only grow in power the longer you take to slay him. Once he is defeated, place his glowing embers within the brazier and light the torch.

Reward

You will receive:
Torch of the Eternal Flame

Progress

The brazier stands about a third your height, and looks normal, save for the inscriptions along its smooth metal rails. The metal shows no signs of wear from the weather, and the bowl seated at the top of it feels cool to the touch.

Completion

A white hot flame ignites within the bowl as you place the ember within. You can feel the magical effects of the sapta coursing through your body and the fire dances rhythmically before you.

You place the top of the torch within the basin, and it immediately catches on fire.

Upon completion of quests, get:

Pretty much goto the Big rock right next to telf, then use your fire sapta to see the fire guy, he is quite easy just apply your Rockbiter instead of your flametongue and only use earth shock instead of fire shock, quick and easy fight!!!

An easy battle, i took him down with rockbiter and some earth shock. If you're lucky, he respawns and you can kill him again for some experience.

Go to the large rock next to Telf Joolam and use the fire sapta. The Minor Manifestation of Fire will be ready to fight. Use rockbiter and earth shocks, because fire attacks don't help as much on a fire elemental. Take his Glowing Ember from the loot, and use it on the Brazier of the Dormant Flame. You will finish and light your torch, transforming it from something that looks like a vendor weapon called a Cudgel, to the Torch of the Eternal Flame. Then, take it back to the guy who sent you to Telf Joolam in the first place.

I went to the big rock and used my fire sapta, but the minor manifestation of fire didn't appear. Strange...

the summoned caster elemental is lvl 12 (same as me)
Wasn't a problem at all. The other elementals will be only justvisual effects they do nothing.

The elemental casts on himself a shield that deals quite heavy damage on you, so it's useful to not use earth shock until it casts it.
or at least to purge his shield right after he casted it.

so i got the torch and i have done everything i can think of to do to ues it at the shrine and i can't. the manifestaion has not appeared no matter what i do. Is there a glitch or am i doing somethimg wrong? I even abamdoned the quest and retook it to see with no avail.

When u get the quest look to your right there will be a giant rock. Get close enough to it that u can use the Fire Sapta. Then turn about 90 degrees to your right and u will see a little hill. Go up it and there will be some small Fire Elamentals. The big one u have to kill will be in the middle. Easy fight Put rock bighter on your wepon and use Earth shock. When u kill him loot him and u turn in the quest at a little shrine thingy behind him,

The Minor Manifestation WILL respawn and can still be fought, but its completly unnecessary

On mine it is not showing the guy when I got up to the rock....I have the torch but the guy is not there to kill..What should i do?
