The mage quarter is located in south-west Stormwind, where you will find the Wizard's Sanctum, an in-game reference to the Arcane Sanctum of Warcraft III (where the Sorceress unit was generated). Once you've ascended to the top of the tower via the large spiral staircase outside and the winding one inside, pass through the swirling green portal inside. There, you will find Jennea Cannon.
