This is really easy to find him. Just walk out from the portal from where you get yer mage training.

This quest can also be gotten from Bink, one of the Mage Trainers in the Hall of Mysteries in Ironforge.

When I took it from Harman and teleported to SW, the quest just disappeared from my log... -_-

I'm a bit confused here. It says it's been removed, yet I JUST did the quest chain... Glitch maybe?
