You dig through the semi-loose dirt over the grave...and find the remains of a coffin.

Within the coffin you can feel the vibrating scrapes of clawed fingers and the gnashing of rotted teeth...

Will you open the coffin and retrieve the Embalmer's heart?

Soloed after patch 2.3 no longer elite. Sheonly summons one helper non-elite as well. Very easy now and This quest is repeatable after you complete it before you turn it in as you can see a blue question mark above her grave. I got a good drop from her after a few times. good luck!

I could not accept this quest. Standing at her grave, can read it but cannot interact with the dirt. Not many comments on it, so not sure what I did wrong. Any help?
I got it now. You need Bride of the Embalmer

Please note that Add-ons (Such as EveryQuest) and the Wowhead Profiler do not count this quest as completed even if you have done it. This is because it is one of the ~Pick up and hand in with one click~ style quests, or one of the special repeatables which are scattered around the world which don't actually seem to treat themselves as real repeatables. Even if you query the blizzard servers for your completed quests, this quest registers as incomplete.

Maybe this will change in future, but is valid as of the posting date.
