Quest went gray at level 56, not level 57 as listed on this page.

It's important to note that (at least, as of today) the built-in map objectives feature places the quest turn-in to https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=7825 Oran Snakewrithe in the wrong location.

Oddly, the quest https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=2995 Lines of Communication (which you may likely be doing at the same time) shows the turn-in to Oran correctly.
