Neeru Fireblade in Orgrimmar has what I need to get started here! He has mixed up a concoction that I need for my... well, you'll see.

Off with you now -- to Orgrimmar. Here, take this with you. It's a shrunken head that I promised Neeru in exchange for the herbs. It's the head of some poor dwarf I ventured across in the forest. I'm sure Neeru will be pleased.

You'll find Neeru in the Cleft of Shadow.

This Quest was changed in 3.2

Uzeri now wants you to take the shrunken head to Xerash Fireblade, who is north of Camp Mohache in Lariss Pavillion.

Ugh. I wasn't reading the quest and didn't know it was changed. I flew all the way to Org for nothing D:

Still not fixed.....carbonite epic fails on this one.......i came to ogrimmar........sigh....
Thus said at patch 3.3.3 still carbonite leads y to ogrimmar cleft of shadows so btr look at Ainasni's comment above.

Edit:The right one is Ainasni's coord at 'p' of camp mojache.At least i found it there.

In the latest version (BC) you have to travel with the head to the ""Shadow Cleft"" in ""Orgrimmar"" (50,51)

Supposedly a relative of Neeru Fireblade, a Searing Blade (a Burning Blade sub-sect) officer, residing in Orgrimmar, judging by the name... undoubtly has something to do with the Burning Blade cult too - he's a higher level and older in age too...
