In order to do this quest you need to do a series of other quest first. The starting quest for this chain is in Org by the Blacksmithing area. It then leads to STV for some more quests then finally to Tanaris for even more quests. All involving the Ornate Mithril set. After you complete Trenton's quest then this one is available.

upon completion on the quests Trenton Light hammer yells, ""Hear ye, denizens of Tanaris! Let it be known [player] is an exalted memeber of hte Mithril Order. A blacksmith of honor, dedication, and infinite patience. Three cheers for [player]!""
