never try to perform this jump mounted...
and dont try to jump to the north. you'll prolly land near some dragonkin lvl 60 or so... they killed my shammy lvl 54 with 2 hits O.o

How To:
1) bring 20s
2) find Marli Wishrunner 45,16 as your running up the the road going north she is on the left, midlle of the mountain and like two feet off the road
3) get parachute from guy at top of mountain, he is near the middle right next to the lake on top cost is 20s
4) pick your direction i chose south becouse there is a lake to the south to fall into
4a) its a becouse i just rember you should do this, open your bag and put the parachute on your bar
5) read the whole next part till the end then continue
6) JUMP OFF (i did this in travel form and then shapshifted out)
7) count to 5, not 1 missisppi 2, but 1 2 3 4 5, normal speed like
8) click the parachute, you could wait longger in fact i opened mine to fast couse i dropped like three feet to the water but if i was over land at the time i would not have died the thing is wait till you think your close to the ground then hit it it stops you instantly

pallies could simply use divine protection/blessing of protection; preferably the latter if they have it already, coz it lasts 2 sec longer, just in case.

btw, while doing this, if you lag - tough luck, you'll probably land with your buff gone and you'll die all the same.

happened couple o' times when i tried jumping off a zep, this wouldnt be an exception.

If you like fishing, bring your pole and a few empty slots. There is a pond on top of the colossal where you can catch all the fresh-water fish normally available in Feralas. As an added bonus there are no mobs up there, so you can fish without constantly looking over your shoulder.

the top of this collosal is barren other than the said NPC who sells only the parachute and no other items, a puddle more than a ""pond"", and some bones and an axe at the bottom of said puddle.

I wonder whose bones they are, and if there is anything on top of the collosal's twin.

All in all this is completely useless other than for fishing, or if for some reason you absolutely had to go here instead of back to town to empty your bags at a vendor.

just did with my drood ,
NO PARACHUTE needed , you can just jump off
near the south in the river.
Stand on the highest rock that you can see when ur
on the mountain. press / to walk slow
now EASY step to down , you get dropped as a stone
but you will land in the water for like 1 inch from the rocks

Marli Wishrunner will first teleport you to the top of one of the Twin Colossals.
At the top you will meet https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=7772#sells Kalin Windflight, a Parachute Vendor. He will sell you a https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=10684 Colossal Parachute for 20 silver, so make sure you have the money for it.
This item is unique, so you can only get 1.
Here are some things you should watch out for:

-Use the Parachute when you're about 3 quarters of the way down, since the parachute only slows your falling speed for 10 seconds. If you use it right when you jump, well, let's say you'll go SPLAT.

-If you're a mage, it's OK to use Slow Fall, but NEVER jump North East, or you'll end up in the ruins of the Emerald Portal, where one of the Emerald Dream Dragons lurks. So if you jump that way, you'll be eaten in no time.

Oh, also I'd just like to point out that this quest is repeatable, and you can stay jumping off the twin colossals again and again!

a hearthstone or an ultrasafe teleporter /dimensional reapear or mage telporting or astral recall is just as good if you don't mind the long way back

These 2 night elves make a nice profit there... One of them teleports you up but will not teleport you down. Another on the top charges 20s for a parachute. Pay 20s or die. At least for most classes without slowfall, levitate, and bubble.
