About time you woke up. We were ready to toss you into the fire with the others, but it looks like you made it.

I am Mordo, the caretaker of the crypt of Deathknell. And you are the Lich King's slave no more.

Speak with Shadow Priest Sarvis in the chapel at the base of the hill, he will tell you more of what you must know.

Another of the walking dead, hm? Must have been quite a shock, waking up in the crypt with only the cold and Mordo to greet you...

I see the confusion on your face. Let me try to explain our... situation... to you.

We have been freed from the control of the Lich King by our new leader, Lady Sylvanas. The Dark Lady guides us in our war against the hated Scourge and the holdouts of humanity who dog our every step.

Gains

Upon completion of quests, get:
  • 40 experience (24 at max. level)
  • 75 Reputation with Undercity

This quest can only be done by undead (for obvious reasons). Went back with my blood elf to do all of these quests, to get my Undercity reputation up, and could not pick this one up. Just a minor thing, but still thought I'd mention it for anyone else looking to get their Undercity rep up.

When You (Undead) get out from that vault You got to speak with Undertaker Mordo (behind entrance to vault), then You Accept the Quest You need to speak with Shadow Priest Sarvis, he's in Deathknell, Tirisfal Glades, when You get throuh the village gates you need to turn left into the little building with classes trainers in it, Shadow Priest Sarvis is the one in center. Simple Quest - Simple Answer!

Soloable as a fully geared 80 Lock. Would recommend bringing an elixir and a few potions, and defintely have your Felguard out or its overs.

i got a lore question if anyone wants to answer it, on the description of the quest it has this line:
''About time you woke up. We were ready to toss you into the fire with the others, but it looks like you made it.''
what does the guy mean by waking up, werent u supposidly awake from before, when u were mindlessly following the lich king?
