I was looking through dungeon quests I hadn't completed yet and the came up but when I went to go grab it it wasn't there. Does anyone know it there are any pre-reqs for this?

not high enough level? anyway, there is a mistake in the text, it says report to shadowMASTER vivian, while the npc is shadowMAGE vivian

This quest will not be available even if you have not completed it previously if you have already finished the follow-up 'Lost Thunderbrew Recipe' quest.
