Description

We have a real infestation problem to the west. Tunnel rat kobolds have moved into the foothills, setting up dens and fouling our land with their filth!

We want them eliminated. Hunt them, bring me their ears and earn their bounty.

You can find tunnel rat kobolds and their dens west of Thelsamar, littered along the mountainside.

As said, these can be found west of the Loch and specifically west of the road and also near the Silver Stream Mine and the dam. This quest can also be done together with the quest 'Filthy Paws' (https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=307 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=307), which can be picked up at the northern guard tower in Loch Modan.

There is also a camp west of Thelsamer at 25,43 to be exactly, pull them carefully and be prepared to fight 3 at one time

lvl 15 hunter did it w/ no prob plus make sure u have empty bags cause loot from these lil guys turn out good (like the fisherman knife) sels for 2 silver and like 17 copper i think

This quest can actually be done very quickly. All you need to do is walk around (not inside) silver stream mine this is located at about (35,22) Loch Modon.

Low drop rate...but the drops that they give sell good, i even got a green to seel in AH but spent too much time to do this quest :S

As a level 80 Death Knight, I started doing all the low level quests to raise my rep with Gnomeregan. This quest does NOT give you Gnomeregan rep, only the 250 rep gain with Ironforge.
