According to J.D.'s manual, this combination can be used to increase your spirit.

Completion

Arranging the crystals on the table, you carefully align the colors. As you push the last one into place, a burst of light fuses the crystals together.

The resulting combination is now yours.

go to eastern crystal pylon (75.50 un'goro crater) with 10 blue power crystals and 10 green power crystals and you get 6x crystal forces

The pylon quests do not reward progress on the Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms achievement.

However, completing any of the six pylon quests will grant you six quests towards your overall quest completion achievements. You need only turn in one pylon quest, which will give you credit for all six. Repeating or completing the other pylon quests will not give you further quest credits.

The pylon quests do not reward progress on the Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms achievement.Most likely because it begins, ends, and the items required to complete it are all found in Un'Goro Crater on the continent of KALIMDOR, not the Eastern Kingdoms. I couldn't get any quests in Netherstorm to count towards LoEK either, so don't feel bad.

Does not count for Loremaster of Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdoms, or 3000 Quests Completed. I can only assume the other similar quests don't either.

Please note that Add-ons (Such as EveryQuest) and the Wowhead Profiler do not count this quest as completed even if you have done it. This is because it is one of the ~Pick up and hand in with one click~ style quests, or one of the special repeatables which are scattered around the world which don't actually seem to treat themselves as real repeatables. Even if you query the blizzard servers for your completed quests, this quest registers as incomplete.

Maybe this will change in future, but is valid as of the posting date.
