This quest is easy; for those of you (like me) that forget who or where the npc is, it's back to the inn at https://vanillawowdb.com/?maps=130:47442548041148139647938047137046236845236844336343335942435941... the Sepulcher located in https://vanillawowdb.com/?zone=130 Silverpine Forest. He is located in the inn / crypt just like the one where the undead start the game in.

funny that the fifth and final page of the report mentions my part in the defeat of Ivar the Foul... before I'd even encountered or been given a quest involving him
