Description

Some say the worg controlled by the Blackrock orcs are the creation of a supernatural force. Others say they are not true worg but instead a breed of demon dog, granted to the orcs by a fallen pit lord.

The truth is far less contrived but every bit as frightening. The worg of Blackrock come from Halycon and her mate. Halycon is the gigantic den mother of the worg. Her mate? Nobody has ever lived to tell the tale of that one.

Strike at the heart of the worg. Destroy Halycon... and <name>, watch your back.

Progress

With the pack mistress slain, we can begin to thin out the worg sentries of the Spire and eventually make some headway into the city.

This dog is in LBRS. When u go in and after u pass the trolls, then the ""fire Orcs"", u will come to the spiders. U have to pass through the spiders and as soon as u come out of the cave u will go up a little where all the Big Ogres are. Turn to the left right away and u will come to a long hallway. Go straight down that hallway. U will pass to rooms to the right filled with non elite scorpions and other bugs. Turn to ur right and then down that hallway. To ur left there will be another room and there she is. When u kill her a BIG white dog comes running. GL :)

As of 4.0.1, you can no longer finish this quest. I was not able to fulfill the objective of this quest by killing Halycon, and a GM told me that the quest had been taken out of the game.

Beware, because the quest giver still gives the quest out.
