Description

I'm James Halloran, the tanner. My cured crocolisk skins are sought after all over, shipments leaving by boat to ports around the world.

Met Einar? He's one of the hunters that brings crocolisk skins in for me.

I'm a bit short on the softer skins that come off crocolisk young.

Being that I'm running low, I'll pay you top coin for a stack of the skins. You can find the young crocs in the marshes right outside of town.

I thought these crocodiles were on land, but they are in the water surrounding Menethil Harbor, 21-23

a few of them are just off the road at 35,38. had a 50% drop rate. but not as many spawns as 51,36.

The drop chance is 35% but i killed almost 30 young crocolisks to get these 4 skins

I came out of Menethil Harbor..and jumped over the leftside of the bridge..killed about 25 crocks(Young Wetland Crocolisks)..and came back..quick :)

If you you don't want to go all the way to 50,36 you can just head right outside Menethil Harbor to 32,38. I had about 15 crocolisk spawns there and only took 6 kills to get all 4. They drop meat for you cookers and are also skinnable. For those of you without coordinates just follow the road until you're above the WHE in ""Whelgars Excavation Site"" and go a bit north, you should run into them around that area. Best of luck.

This quest best if done with Tramping Paws, The quest you get after talking with The Green Warden, The best location is 63.73, there are Gnolls + crocs in the lake, not to mention a cave with alot of dark iron insurgents.

For those of you without a Co-ord mod, its just to the east of Dun Algaz, the underground mountain pass that lease to Dun Morough. Follow the mountains in the southeast side of the pass Exit/Entrance, till you reach a small body of water with a tiny island in the middle.

LOTS OF GNOLLS AND CROCS, LV 20-23.

Found a bunch around 54,42. Took 13 to get all four crocskins. Pretty easy, just have a little patience.

They are on the both sides of the road coming from Menethil Harbor all the way to The Green Belt at around 55,45 where is the biggest concetration of them. Killed about 13 till they dropped all four skins!

Found quite a bit off to the side of the bridge leaving the town. Just jumped in the water, you dont quite notice they are there till you swim underwater.

I had 3 mobs...Out of those 3 mobs i got 3 Young Crocolisk Skin's and then 4 more mobs untill i got the 4th Young Crocolisk Skin...Overall quite a good drop rate in my opinion.

lots of crocs in menethil harbor EAST of the town, a good number of young ones as well, some other types there, reasonable drop rate round about 33%, so as has been said just be patient.

plenty can be found at 13, 51( that is right next to the bridge leaving town). And yes it is meant to be under water. You go to those coordinates and you'll get mobs of them.

What an annoying quest! I've killed at least 30 of the young crocolisks and still only have 3 skins. Someone else is doing the same quest right now and the respawn rate is crazy slow. blech.

They're thick as fleas on a dog's back at loc 52.9, 41.0 to the left of the road from Menethil Harbour.
