You can find Zenn Foulhoof at the coordinates 60, 56. He is just east of Dolanaar. There is no reputation gain or loss with this quest, although you become an enemy of Teldrassil until you complete the follow-up quest.

I'm surprised nobody's actually mentioned the followup... it's https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=489 Seek Redemption, given by either https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=2083 Syral Bladeleaf or https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=2081 Sentinel Kyra Starsong, both in Dolanaar.

Drop rates on these items seemed to be pretty low, took me quite a while to get everything necessary.

For some reason I got no rep doing this quest today at level 70. The follow-up, Seek Redemption, gave me the correct rep, but I got none for this quest. A shame, because 540 rep is the equivalent of 7 runecloth turn ins, so it makes a big difference in the end.

Level 70 Gnome Mage, no reputation. I don't understand why it does to some but not others... probably a race thing.

No Reputation gain from a level 9 Draenei.

Possibly you only gain reputation from this quest if you are a Night Elf, or the reputation was removed entirely.

Im a 72 NE druid i rec'd 45 rep for doing Zenn's Bidding the 500 for the follow up Seek Redemption...I didnt do this when i was a younger NE because with my first toon back in 2005 i lost rep with darn for doing it but cant remember how much

Got no reputation as a lvl 6 NE Druid.

But on the bright side the drop rates for the items of this quest appear to have been significantly increased (or I'm just lucky).

I got a good 85% drop rate I'd say.

Just completed Zenn's Bidding and no rep there. However, when I did the follow-up quest Seek Redemption!, I received 500 rep with Darnassus. Am a level 15 Dranei. (Follow-up quest meaning, when I went back through Dolanaar after turning in Zenn's Bidding, one of the NPCs ... Syral Bladeleaf ... offered the quest Seek Redemption!)

This quest gives NO REPUTATION GAIN, but it's worth noting that the the followup quest does give a rep gain-- a whopping 500 rep with Darnassas, at that. So do this quest, if only for the rep gain of the one that you can pick up in Dolanaar afterward.

(Working on Ambassador on a level 20 for kicks for the 2nd time, and wish I had done this on my other level 20. 500 rep is a lot of rep to miss out on.)

Don't be fooled by the yellow mark in the mountains, the quest giver is off the road half way between Dolannarr and Sea Breeze Village. No idea why that mark is there except that is is the locarion of a Horde satyr.
