I found a easy, but hurtful, way to find the Water Shrine. As you know or may not know there is a tree behind the crypt. On the right side of the tree jump over the little hill there. Just keep going down and BAM your there.

If you take this quest with all the other quests grab https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=2251 gooey spider leg from the spiders you have to kill for them, you will be able to turn in the second quest in this line right away.
