Description

You pick up the package, wiping off a small layer of dust and grime that had settled on it. It is addressed in a hurried hand to an Emma Felstone of Stormwind; the delivery of the package is dated for well over four years ago.

Though it is unclear if Emma Felstone is even alive, it is widely known that the Stormwind City Hall keep records on the populace of the city. This is handled through the Royal Factors of the Stormwind Census.

According to what we know, there was an Emma Felstone in the city about four years ago. Well, I should say possibly - this census I refer to is from five years ago, and I don't have a report of her vacating the city. This doesn't mean that she is still here though.

Wait a second... this package couldn't be for Ol' Emma, could it?

The parcel is in the building to the right of where you get he quest.

The NPC for this is in Stormwind, in Cathedral Square, north east corner. On the 2nd floor.

Is there a pre-req for this quest? I'm a 51 Paladin and even though I found the parcel, there's no quest.

Note, with patch 3.0.2, Stormwind's coordinates have changed due to the harbor. The NPC for the turnin is at 57, 48.

This quest is awesome. Not from reward or exp perspective.. But for the atmosphere. You can see the lives ruined by the Scourge, how these people used to live normal lives, doing nothing wrong, just to end up being a cannon fodder in the Lich King's army. I believe Plaguelands and Duskwood are, hands down, THE best parts of WoW from story perspective. I just hope Blizz finally boots the new quest designer (Yeah.. Collecting poo is one helluvan epic quest) and finds a GOOD one to make questlines like this. Short but touching.

when ever i see the name to the quest lvling. always reminds me of cheech marin in ghostbusters when the titanic arrives
