Only horde can turn this quest in even though alliance can obtain https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=5075 Blood Shards. Obtain four https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=5075 Blood Shards and go to 44, 59 (Camp Taurajo) to the quillboar in a cage near the flight master. https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=5075 Blood Shards are obtained by killing quillboars or mining in https://vanillawowdb.com/?zone=17 the Barrens.

This buff lasts a total of thirty minutes and is closely related to the mage buff https://vanillawowdb.com/?spell=1460 Arcane intellect (Rank 2)..
