Corruptor's Scourgestones

Progress

A Corruptor's Scourgestone is the insignia of the Scourge's overlords. A powerful being that holds a position of authority over the Scourge will always possess one. To slay such a malevolent creature would surely advance the cause of the Argent Dawn, and all good causes!

On behalf of the Argent Dawn, I will give you a valor token in exchange for just a single one these insignia. Use caution in acquiring one, <name> - such powerful beings are not to be trifled with.

Completion

Congratulations, <name> - I am pleased to award you with an Argent Dawn valor token! To acquire a valor token in such a manner indicates that you are a true hero in the cause of good. We value all effort brought to bear against the Scourge, but to take down one of their leaders is to truly deliver onto them a crushing defeat! For the Dawn, my brother!

You will also gain 25 reputation with the Argent Dawn Faction, 27.5 as a human (alternating 27/28/27/28 etc) due the the +10%

This is for anyone with comments following mine. We don't care about the rep or the color of your shoes. We want to know where to get them , how many mobs we have to kill to get a decent percentage and the best coords to find them at.

I don't get the experience from completing this quest. Why are there 3 versions of this quest? If this one is unrepeatable, I still don't think I got any XP on my first hand in.

Anyway, have fun handing in a stack of 100 scourgestones =[

The first turnin quests for each type of stones (that previously gave XP in addition to the reputation) no longer exist. When you first encounter any of the Scourgestone turnin NPCs they will have a blue ? mark and only trade stones for 50 reputation and the Valor Token.

It's worth noting that during Pilgrim's Bounty, you can eat at one of the tables to get https://vanillawowdb.com/?spell=61849 The Spirit of Sharing before handing scourgestones in. The buff will
increase your reputation gained by 10%, and the buff also increases rep gained through https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=12844 Argent Dawn Valor Token.
