Description

Ain't nothin' that irks me more than losin' these here beautiful horses. And believe me, we've lost quite a few between them pesky undead creeps, the dang Syndicate gang and all the other good-for-nothin' scoundrels pokin' about these parts.

But I swear on my ol' grand-daddy's grave there ain't no bigger menace to our horses here than them Mountain Lions up in Alterac. Always comin' down from the hills and makin' my life difficult!

Progress

Mountain Lions killin' off our horses left and right and here you are wantin' to jibber-jabber about the weather and what not.

Ought to go and find myself a real hero. More killin' and less talkin'.

If you walk straight up the road from Southshore and keep walking into the mountains sightly to the left you will pass the Yeti's and go straight up to Corrahn's Dagger. The Syndicate are to the right and the mountain and hulking mountain lions are to the left, all up on the mesa's.

It would be a good idea to clear up both quests at the same time. The respawn rate is really good on both so you should be able to finish both of them off in about 10 to 15 minutes round trip.

They appear to be on a rotating spawn. If you don't see any of the lions you need, kill the other type and wait for the respawns.

I am trying to get the quest &amp; nothing is showing up for me either,so is this like a quest that only shows up every so often or what?

I can confirm that as of today, Darren Malvew does give this recipe as a reward for fulfilling the quest. It shows on the screen but, AT FIRST, it will appear as if you cannot select it.
