The following humans of Hillsbrad have been deemed dangerous and are marked for bounty by High Executor Darthalia:

Clerk Horrace Whitesteed. Wanted for the murder of Deathguard Toma.

Citizen Wilkes. Wanted for the murder of Apothecary Eli.

Miner Hackett. Wanted for the murder of Deathstalker Fry.

Farmer Kalaba. Wanted for the ambush of supplies from the Undercity.

All of these enemies are hiding and will be hard to find. A reward will be granted upon notice of their death.

This quest is quite difficult to finish solo.
Clerk Horrace Whitesteed is located in the town hall in Hillsbrad Fields but is surrounded by a number of Councilmen and Town Registry. Good idea to complete ""Battle of Hillsbrad"" [26] at the same time.

Miner Hackett is a little easier but is slow to get to (rogues have it easier) but watch out for patrols.

Citizen Wilkes - 30, 40 Spawn Location (Outside the town hall, walks back and forward to the Forge)
Clerk Horrace Whitesteed - 30, 42 (Inside the town hall)

Farmer Kabala is with the farmers and peasants at the southermost part of the Fields. She's easy to kill solo.

Citizen Wilkes wanders the road between the fields and the buildings. Just wait until he's away from the footmen, and he's easy to kill solo.

Clerk Horrace is in the Town Hall. You will either have to aggro him from the enterance, probably with adds, or sneak/fight your way into the hall. Bring a friend, it'll be a lot easier.

Miner Hackett wanders around Azurelode Mine, and you not only have to find him, but fight your way through level 26-27 Miners. Reccomended that you bring a friend.

Wouldn't recommend doing this quest at 18 when you can get it, unless you enjoy damaging your armor, and running to your dead body from the graveyard.

Just soloed as a lvl 24 Tauren Hunter. Only two really difficult to kill are they are the Clerk and the Miner. My advice is just take your time, but kill all the mobs as you go you don't want them joining in the fight at the wrong time.

With the Clerk I did the same as Esch, sent the pet in. The Clerk was in the middle of the room and I could shot him from the ajoining room. The miner was again a matter of patience killed all the miners as I went through waited for the pats to come and they did , two lvl 27 Foreman, got those two then went in for the kill. Again just take you time, pick them off one by one and you can do it.

Pretty Happy now I've got myself a nice bow. Silly Hat - but it's a hat. Good Luck.

During Midsummer the exclamation point for this quest is neigh invisible behind the draping that covers it fully unless you shove your camera into the floor.

I miss those 10 minutes of my life.
