Use the Empty Termite Jar on the Termite Mounds in Eastern Plaguelands. After you've gathered 100 Plagueland Termites, return to Mickey Levine at the Bulwark in Tirisfal Glades.

Description

So, to bring pain and strife to the Scarlet Crusade, I want to take their precious lumber mill from them. I'm sure the loss of such a resource will cause them a great deal of harm in defending and rebuilding the town for their own reasons. Will you help me, <name>?

Start by taking this jar to Plaguewood in the Eastern Plaguelands. Fill it with the termites you find in their mounds throughout the woods. Come back when you have enough.

You can find these at various spawn points, a few that I spotted were in the vicinity of these coordinates.

Located in Eastern Plaguelands in Plaguewood, just South of the tower.

It's not too bad once you know what to look for, there really isnt a set pattern.

The https://vanillawowdb.com/?object=177464 Large Termite Mounds from which you need to extract the termites are located in several spots in the area south of Stratholme within the Undead encampments. They look like little juts of ground with a green ring on top. Each mound will give you around 20 termites when you use the Empty Termite Jar on it, so collecting 100 will not be as daunting as it first sounds.

If you end up with over 100 (which will more than likely happen), simply discard the rest, as you will not need them.

A useful hint is: the close things spam imideatley after you get the other one...i completed the quest in 5 min

Don't know why this hasn't been corrected, but I received only 8150 xp for completing it at level 55, not 24k as stated above.

Absurdly easy quest. Just soloed it as a level 53 prot pally with resurrection sickness. If you have any issues just stick to the outsides of plaguewood and ride along the border until you see an open mound, then run in and grab it. Mobs around there were dropping aggro very quickly if I got one and had to run.

Just to save some people some running around, these termite mounds have the glittering gold aura about them like other items that you ""pick up"" for quests.

When I first started the quest I was walking up to any rock formation that looked vaguely green on top, finding the termite jar and right clicking it in an attempt to collect termites, which obviously is not the case. Just look for the twinkling ones and your mouse will turn into the gear symbol.
