You don't have to do this quest in order to do ""Triage"". However, if you do Triage first, this quest won't be available anymore.

This quest isn't showing for my lvl 41 character with 251 First Aid. I haven't done the follow-up in Arathi either, so I'm wondering if there's a bug or has Blizzard removed this in patch 4.2?
