Not to needlessly talk about myself in the third person, but Greatfather Winter has been at this all day and he could use a treat himself. Some gingerbread cookies and ice cold milk to wash them down with would really hit the spot. Think you could be a friend to the Greatfather and fetch some for me?

Pretty simple quest. You can buy the Gingerbread Cookie recipe from the goblin next to the quest-giver. If you don't know cooking go learn it from the cook in Origrammer, you only need to have the level 1 skill. Then you can learn the recipe. Now you can get the spices from the girl who you got the recipe from and also the Holiday Spices. I bought the 5 eggs from the AH (seemed a little expensive at 1G for 5 eggs) and I got the milk from a vendor in the Inn. Go to a fire, and cook away. Return the cookies to Great Father Winter (located across from where you got the quest)!

Fleshrippers (lvl 13-16) in Sentinel Hill will drop small eggs. Stray a little from the path near the Flight master (over the hill past the traders) and you'll stumble upon them. Drop rate is also quite decent - so another nifty way to make some extra cash during Winter Veil :)

For eggs forget the AH, go to the Northern Barrens and kill vultures. Plainstriders never dropped, but I killed five vultures and got five small eggs.

So I bring him some milk and cookies, and he's gonna stiff me! And I say, ""Hey! Greatfather, hey! How 'bout a little something, you know... for the effort? You know."" And he says, ""Oh uh, there won't be any money. But here's a Smokywood Pastures Gift Pack."" And when I open it, there's 10 mageroyal inside. So I got that going for me. Which is nice.

56.1, 35.1 Lots of Vultures to get eggs from in this spot near the Northern Barens outpost. The cooking trainer along with the fire to cook with are 56.1 61.3 near ""The Drag"".
