Description

Your first task is one of cleansing, <name>. A clan of kobolds have infested the woods to the north. Go there and fight the kobold vermin you find. Reduce their numbers so that we may one day drive them from Northshire.

Completion

Well done, citizen. Those kobolds are thieves and cowards, but in large numbers they pose a threat to us. And the humans of Stormwind do not need another threat.

For defeating them, you have my gratitude.

Mathias can be found upstairs in SI:7, which is in the old town (eastern side) of stormwind. co-ords 76.0 59.8

Kobold Vermin can be found North of Northshire Abbey. They actually have 3 camps there. First camp NW 47.6/35.7, Second camp N 49.7/35.1, and the Third camp which seems to have the most of them is NE (but not across the river) 51.3/37.2. I did all of the quest at 50.0/37.0 though.

Should be noted that if you mess up this quest there is a troll behind you that you can grab another quest from to restart it, though i think you would have to make and extra trip to Ratchet

You can do a quest in Ironforge equal to this, you just need to deliver the dagger, just before you hand in last part.(about 2k exp extra)

Maybe it's because MI:6 Stands for Military Intelligence I really can't see anywhere in the name that points out it is Secret? SI:7 Stands for Stormwind Intelligence:7
