This trinket is not only a ""hearthstone"" while you're inside AV but it's a great trinket to farm with, because of it's dodge and health regen, also great for tanks (especially druid tanks) and rogues who are trying to stack up their dodge %age

The quest give 500 rep, even though you need full exalted to get it.
This probably just means blizzard use the same code for every off theese quests.

The trinket you get from this quest is very useful for use in the battleground as it offers you a quick route to your teams leader if you wish to defend them against the opposing faction.
