Lorekeeper Javon is located in the library in Dire Maul North. To reach the library, enter Dire Maul north, go down into the courtyard and down through the locked door on the left. At the end of the long corridors is the library. He is very easy to find once you are there.

You cannot do this quest more than once for rep turn-ins with shen'dralar if you get multiple books. It can only be done once.

Despite the fact that by all accounts this quest is handed in in Dire Maul, the 'hand in' question mark is showing up on my minimap in Dalaran Crater at approx co-ords of 9,70. Blizz's quest guide also shows this to be the location of this hand-in.

Is Dire Maul's true location underneath Alterac/Tirisfal? Weird anyway!

For posterity, you turn this quest in in Dire Maul East, and it still provides 500 rep with Shen'dralar.

It was strangely buggy, however, automatically abandoning itself every time my UI reloaded.
