Just to let u all know I AM NOT an armorsmith i am an axesmith and i was just able to turn this quest in. I got the pattern for that enchanted thorium leggings.

He is in Dire Maul in the library enter N and down the ramp to the left a bit. Pass the campfire don't aggro ogres.
Go down thru door and follow hall way Lorekeepre lydros is just ahead on the left.

Has this quest been changed since Cata? I've been trying to turn it in for a week and can't find the library to do so.

This book was in my guild vault so I got it, opened it, accepted the quest, went to Dire Maul (the '?' was on top of it,) went inside, went to Loremaster Lydros, and he had no question mark for turn in. Then I realized the quest had disappeared from my quest list, and the book had disappeared from my inventory!
