Coords are 85, 64. The NPC's near are only level 10, so hordies should have no trouble heading around the back of the building and finishing the quest.

I also recieved 75 Darkmoon Faire rep upon completion.

For the record, I just took a guildie there. A level 39 Troll Druid. He was one shot by a level 85 guard standing in front of the stables. I dispatched the guard easily with my 85 goblin shaman(He had around 116k hp or so). I recommend bringing a higher level friend.
