Although you can continue giving the Bat Eyes you stop gaining reputation after friendly. The only two ways of raising above friendly are:
  1. https://vanillawowdb.com/?search=deck Return a deck (350 rep / turn-in = about 112 decks)

Although the quest says:<div class=""quote"">if you bring me more evil bat eyes from the bats of the Eastern Plaguelands...Eastern Plaguelands isn't the only place to get evil bat eyes. As far as I know of any 48+ bat can drop them; the higher the bat's level is, the better chance of them dropping is.
