Description

"Your fortune awaits you inside Wailing Caverns."

The fortune Sayge handed you feels slightly warm to the touch. Grasping it firmly, you see an image of a cave to the southwest of the Crossroads in the Barrens. Focusing closer in on the image, you wind about twisty passages until you reach a shimmering portal... one that leads into the heart of the caverns itself. Stepping through it, a strange chest appears out from nowhere.

A quick search of the chest reveals a lockbox from within it! It would seem that you have found your fortune!

Once you travel to the Wailing Caverns in the Barrens, you enter the instance. Then as you round the corner to the left, there will be one raptor, the box should spawn before you get to the raptor.

Give it some time to spawn as it doesn't spawn right as you enter the instance.

Make sure you have the scroll (Fortune) in your bags or you won't be able to turn this in, I had mine in the bank when I went in and couldn't turn in the quest.

Rewards 75 Darkmoon Faire rep at level 80. The box contained (when I opened it) some random low level food items, nothing to earn my Darkmoon gold back, but if you are trying for the ""Insane"" it is definitely worth doing if you are lucky enough to get the quest scroll.

I just completed this quest last night and can confirm it does not count towards the Loremaster achievement, sadly :(
