Upon completion of quests, get:- 660 experience (39 60 at max. level)
The point is, once you have one Paragon of Power, there is no point at all to getting any more of that same one. No rep, the item isn't vendorable, and it can be replaced by talking to the NPC that awarded the original one. Feel free to pass on any past the first or leave them on the body if no one needs them.
(I have only tried it with one item, but more than once, so I'm pretty sure of it even though I can't claim to have tested it for every single Paragon of Power.)
