Description

In the Blasted Lands, there is a troubled spirit who was once a great hero of the horde. A warrior's honor does not die with the body, and it would serve you well to speak with him.

Fallen Hero of the Horde can be found at the southernmost part of Swamp of Sorrows, next to the road (34, 66).

This quest is a ""breadcrumb"" quest that is given by a warrior trainer in every major city at level 50. It doesn't matter what race you are, it will be available at level 50 from a trainer of your faction (so a tauren could obtain this quest in Undercity, for example). However, it is not necessary to obtain this quest in order to continue the chain - you can skip directly to the next quest in the chain by visiting the https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=7572"">Fallen Hero of the Horde first - but you will miss out on that little bit of experience!

Actually..

Fallen hero of the Horde is a ghost on the border to The Blasted Lands which begins an incredibly long, 27-quest old world chain that takes you all around classic WoW territory. It's one of the most rarely done quests in the game, and few people even know it exists. He's part of the Warrior chain, but that's not all he does.

There are other quests that direct to him, I believe. This specific one is for the warrior one, yes, and helps the warrior find the other chain.

I thought that the quest chain was removed in 4.0.1 but it seems that only this portion of the warrior chain was removed, as i was able to pick up the next quest from https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=7572"">(NPC #7572) (fallen hero of the horde)

So, it looks like the quests leading to it in each capitol are gone, but the rest of the quest is intact

Confirmed. tetbitri, Quest chain first begins from ""Fallen hero of the horde"" not trainers.
