When you complete this quest you get 1300 xp or 57 silver when you're lvl 70. Qiraji Lord's Insignia drops in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. It only drops from bosses.

Completing this quest gives 500 reputation with the https://vanillawowdb.com/?faction=910 Brood of Nozdormu and the https://vanillawowdb.com/?faction=609 Cenarion Circle.
The can be handed into one of the NPC's just up the stairs from the first boss in the https://vanillawowdb.com/?zone=3428 Temple of Ahn'Qiraj; https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=15263 The Prophet Skeram.
The item required for completion drops off every boss in Temple of Ahn'Qiraj except the final boss https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=15727 C'Thun.

He's in a tiny room right behind the first boss.
Where you would normally go down the stairs to enter the caves, go down the first set of steps on the left (instead of going all the way down the stairs), turn to the left and there is a room.
This is also where you get the AQ tokens set!
