This quest was inserted into the game to allow players to ""respec"" their rings.

Anachronos is located inside of the Caverns of Time, for anyone still interested in pursing this exchange.

It's blue question mark, doesn't give +1 quest completed but doing one of the paths will give you quest on every step of the way.
